The Gathering Table Luxury Edit™ is a signature gifting experience from Event Strategies For Success®. Rather than inviting you to assemble gifts from a long list of options, we simplify the process with a small number of exquisitely considered edits.
Each season, Monique Brizz-Walker curates a small number of luxury gifting edits—thoughtfully designed boxes that blend custom fragrance, tactile detail, and quiet, enduring elegance. We work directly with you to understand the occasion and recommend the edit best aligned with your recipients and moment.
With adequate lead time, we can also incorporate select enhancement items to complement our candles—always keeping the candles themselves as the foundation of each edit.

You let us know the occasion, the number of recipients, and the tone you want the gift to carry.
Step 2 – Select Your Lane
Together, we determine which seasonal edit best fits your needs. For example:

Within that lane, we recommend a configuration that aligns with the relationship and the level of investment you have in mind—for example, a focused two-piece box, a more generous mid-tier edit, or a signature statement gift.
Step 3 – We Curate and Deliver
Once your edit is confirmed, The Gathering Table team handles the curation within your selected tier, assembly, finishing details, and coordination of delivery or event-ready presentation.
Every box is assembled by hand and designed to reflect well on you.

You decide:

A two-candle box with a matching room spray. Designed for nonprofit and corporate leaders, board members, and select clients—an understated way to mark the moment.
The Welcome Edit is an elegant introduction to The Gathering Table Luxury Edit™. It’s a quiet invitation to pause, exhale, and step into our world.
• The Luxe Edit
Two custom candles, paired with bee-embossed glass compotes, a silk bloom, and a small-batch fruit spread. A more generous gift for honorees, long-time donors, and milestone recognition.
Designed to be enjoyed simply. Light a candle, set a small dessert into the compotes, and take a quiet, spring-inspired pause.
• The Signature Collection
Two custom candles, paired with bee-embossed glass compotes, sterling-style spoons, a silk bloom, and embroidered bee linen napkins. An elevated tabletop finish designed to feel tactile, composed, and complete.

• The Founder’s Reserve Collection
A limited, archival-inspired edit featuring four custom candles—bridging inaugural and current scents—paired with a silk bloom and an apothecary match globe.

Investment & Lead Times
To maintain the quality and intimacy of the experience, The Gathering Table Gifting Concierge operates in limited seasonal runs.
Investment
- The Welcome Edit: 1–5 boxes $165 each; 6–10 boxes $150 each.
- Luxe Edit: 1–5 boxes $200 each; 6–10 boxes $180 each.
- The Signature Collection: 1–5 boxes $250 each; 6–10 boxes $225 each.
- The Founder’s Reserve Collection: 1–5 boxes $250 each (limited release; volume pricing subject to availability)
Minimums
- The Gifting Concierge is best suited for curated orders of 6+ gifts for client appreciation, board recognition, honorees, and leadership moments.
- A limited number of single-gift requests may be accommodated for Board Chairs, C-suite/Executive Leadership, or signature recognition occasions, based on seasonal availability.
- For single gifts, we recommend ordering from the seasonal edit when available.
Lead Times
- For up to 10 gifts, we typically require 10 business days from confirmation and payment.
- For 11 or more gifts, or for custom enhancements that require a new candle pour, we recommend a planning window of 6–8 weeks to coordinate production, assembly, and delivery with the level of care your recipients deserve.
- If your timeline is shorter, we are happy to discuss what may be possible using existing inventory.
