Pioneering New Horizons
Just before the world was reshaped by the global pandemic in early 2020, Event Strategies For Success was privileged to collaborate with Dr. Kim Best to bring Power Women and Community Building’s inaugural event to life. However, COVID reared its head and our world was put on pause! The date for our new event will be announced in Fall 2024.
Dr. Best, a renowned community builder, leader, strategist, and advocate, has a proven track record of making significant impacts in every initiative she leads. Power Women and Community Building is dedicated to creating a dynamic platform that directly addresses the challenges faced by those often left out of critical conversations about socioeconomic and educational advancement.
This initiative focuses on individuals who:
- Are frequently excluded from discussions around socioeconomic and educational growth,
- Lack full access to essential tools, resources, and referrals needed to achieve financial security,
- Are marginalized due to their limited ability to access power relationships across economic, political, social, and cultural dimensions.
Dr. Best’s latest endeavor aims to empower and uplift by forging connections, fostering inclusivity, and enhancing access to opportunities that can lead to substantial and sustainable change.
