You started this process with a meticulously planned time line which is now out of sync with your event goals and you need options to course correct.
Welcome to our Signature Leadership Roundtable.
Our Signature Leadership Roundtable is designed to support leaders, executive directors and their teams who need to quickly retool their event but don’t have months to collaborate with a professional fundraiser and event planner.
Therefore, instead of working together for 10 weeks, we will spend 10 hours working together to move you closer to reaching your goals.
We cannot revamp your entire event process within a day, however we can create implementable strategies you can use to refocus your efforts.
Here is how we will spend our time together:
1. An initial hour information gathering meeting prior to our Roundtable full business (8 hour) day working together .
2. Our Signature Roundtable – a full (8 hour) business day
3. A final (1) one hour check-in, (1) week after our Roundtable.
Working together (during our 8 hour session) we will focus on achieving 2 main goals:
1. Review your current financial status to determine where we can make quick adjustments to the fundraising campaign.
2. Review contributions by your leadership team and brainstorm ways they can help bridge existing gaps in committee participation.
To get the most out of this service:
1. Your present event must be in its 3rd consecutive year.
2. You and your team will have at least 5 business weeks to implement the changes to your current fundraising plan.
INVESTMENT
The investment is $1,750 for our 10 hour Roundtable Session.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
When selecting this service, we offer (2) options for your convenience:
Option #1 – Check Payment
A formal contract will be created, a down payment will be made, a final payment is due on the day of our Roundtable.
Option #2 – Credit Card Payment
A formal contract will be created, a down payment will be made, and your final credit card payment is due on the day of our Roundtable.
