How to Become a Guest Contributor for The Event Success Chronicles

Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Event Strategies for Success (ESFS) blog. We welcome insightful, high-quality guest contributions that align with our mission to elevate nonprofits, empower communities through special events.

Please review the guidelines below to make sure your submission meets our editorial standards.

1. About ESFS Contributions

ESFS accepts guest contributions that:
√ Give valuable insights on nonprofit event fundraising, philanthropy, and donor engagement.
√ Align with our high-touch, results-driven approach to fundraising events.
√ Offer practical strategies, case studies, or innovative ideas that help nonprofit leaders.

Note: Contributions are by invitation only, and we do not accept unsolicited submissions.

2. Content Guidelines

To keep the quality and integrity of our platform, all submissions must:
√ Be original content (not published elsewhere).
√ Keep a professional, informative, and engaging tone.
√ Be 750–1,000 words in length (exceptions are at the discretion of ESFS)
√ Include credible sources for data or research claims.
√ Align with ESFS’s expertise and brand positioning.

❌ We do NOT accept:

  • Promotional content, advertisements, or self-serving pieces.
  • Generic articles that do not provide unique insights.
  • AI-generated or plagiarized content.

3. Editorial Process & Rights

By submitting content to ESFS, contributors agree to the following:
📌 Editing & Revisions: ESFS reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, tone, grammar, and alignment with our brand voice.
📌 Publishing Discretion: Not all submissions will be published. ESFS determines final approvals based on strategic alignment.
📌 Ownership & Attribution: While guest contributors receive byline credit, ESFS retains full editorial control over how content is presented.
📌 Distribution: ESFS the right to share, promote, or repurpose guest content across our website, email newsletters, and social media platforms.

4. Contributor Recognition & Disclaimer

Guest contributors will be credited as follows:

  • Byline on the published article.
  • Optional brief author bio (50 words max) with a LinkedIn profile link.

5. Submission Process

If you have been invited to contribute, please submit your article in a Google Doc or Word format to Monique@Eventstrategies4success.com with:
√ A brief summary of your article.
√ A short bio (optional).
√ Any relevant images or data sources.
