This engagement is advisory and strategy-led by design. Execution and operational implementation remain with the organization unless otherwise scoped.

In our initial session, we will:

  • Dive deep into your fundraising objectives, celebrating past successes while addressing current challenges to build a comprehensive narrative for your event.
  • Assess your organization’s readiness to not only launch but sustain a high-impact Signature Event.
  • Develop strategies for scalable growth, setting the stage for an event that becomes a cornerstone of your organization’s fundraising achievements.

Bringing together your key leadership, we will:

  • Present our expert insights and align on the actionable steps required for a successful event launch.
  • Conduct a detailed assessment of organizational challenges, resource needs, and opportunities, ensuring your team is fully equipped to meet your fundraising goals.

At the midpoint of our consultancy, we will:

  • Present a detailed draft of your Signature Event plan, allowing for collaborative review and strategic input.
  • Refine the plan with insights drawn from our sessions and a comprehensive analysis of industry best practices and comparable nonprofit successes.

The action plan will focus on a signature fundraising campaign tailored to your audience, while strengthening internal alignment, leadership decision-making, and organizational readiness to support long-term success, alongside strategies for engaging with honorees, chairs, and committee members to foster effective relationships.

In our culminating session, you will be presented with:

  • A fully developed, ready-to-implement Signature Event plan, strategically tailored for success.
  • A detailed, actionable timeline ensuring consistent focus on key milestones and deliverables.
  • Clear performance metrics to track and drive your fundraising success with precision.

Signature Leadership Consulting engagements begin at $5,750 for a minimum 10-week advisory period.

Final investment is determined based on fundraising objectives, organizational readiness, governance complexity, and the scope of strategic and operational planning required to responsibly support execution.

This strategic engagement equips your organization with the expertise, tools, and actionable insights needed to execute a signature event that drives meaningful, lasting impact.

For your convenience, we offer two payment options:

Option #1 Check Payment
A formal contract will be created with a down payment, followed by a second payment at week 4, and the final payment upon delivery of the completed plan.

Option #2Credit Card Payment
Similar terms apply, with a down payment and two additional payments scheduled during the course of our engagement.
