On January 30, 2024, our founder Monique Brizz-Walker participated in the “Meet The Funders” event sponsored by Bridge Street Development Corp. Inc and hosted at Brooklyn’s own Medgar Evers College, City University of New York.
This engaging forum united funders and grant seekers, focusing on building relationships, grant preparedness, and leveling up funding opportunities.
Monique contributed as both a grant seeker, representing nonprofits she supports, and a grant maker, through her involvement with the Brooklyn Community Foundation’s Elder’s Advisory Fund.
